RULES

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
This contest is open to residents of any country, however you must speak English fluently, and your participation must be legal according to the laws of your local jurisdiction.
You must accept this Agreement, and agree to abide by these Rules.
If you are selected as the winner, you agree to the terms set forth in the Video Submission Agreement.

DISQUALIFICATIONS:
Except where otherwise prohibited by law, we reserve the right to disqualify and/or exclude, in our sole and absolute discretion, any individual from the process or at any point during the contest, for any reason or for no reason at all, including without limitation, violation of any portion of the Rules, or tampering with any process or any potential process.

THE CONTEST:
Create a creative video on why you like to use MyTempEmail.com and have your video seen by hundreds of thousands of people.

THE PRIZES:
The winner of the contest will receive a MyTempEmail.com T-Shirt, and matching 'His and Hers' MP3 Players.
Additional prize(s) may be given at the discretion of the judges. All prize winners are solely responsible for any taxes payable in connection with the receipt of any prize.

ODDS OF WINNING:
This is a contest of skill, not a game of chance. Therefore it is not possible to determine any odds of winning.  There is no guarantee of any success. The contest is for entertainment only.

VIDEO RULES:
There is no fee is to enter this contest. The entry process is free.

Entries are open to the public, according to the Eligibility Requirements of these Rules.

All entries will be done by video.

Your video must be uploaded to YouTube™.  We will not accept any other format, including videos sent to us by other means.

Your audition video may not be more than one minutes in length.

CONTENT OF YOUR VIDEO:
Be yourself.

Be creative.

Do not wear any clothing items that contain brand names, sports teams, celebrities, or any other logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material.

Your video may not include music unless you are the owner of the work or have express written consent from the owner(s) of said works (which may need to be produced by you upon request).

You must have the right to any and all content contained in your video. This includes any music, video snippets, etc.
The audio should be good enough to clearly understand everything you say.

Your audition video should be family friendly, with no nudity, foul language, or otherwise offensive material.

You may NOT advertise or mention any product in your audition video.

You may NOT say any website address (URL) or make any URL visible in your audition video. The exception is that you MAY say or show MyTempEmail.com.

You may not provide any personal contact information in your audition video.

MyTempEmail.com, including its Creators, Hosts, and Sponsors, are not responsible for  incomplete submissions, or any videos that may be delayed, illegible, garbled, misdirected, misrouted, or any other failure for any reason whether electronic, human or mechanical. Additionally, we are not responsible for technical problems, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, or any other problems with the video process or contest, regardless of the cause. This includes any inability to enter the contest or compete for any reason.

There is no guarantee that your video will be posted or included on our site. There is no guarantee that you will be a winner.
One entry per person. In other words, you may only submit one video. You may not replace your video after it is submitted, so give it your best shot the first time

We may choose to make exceptions to certain audition rules, as we see best fit for the competition. In such case, the judges will still treat all auditions equally, and the adherence to the rules does not affect the scores. Additionally, any such exception does not obligate us to make further exceptions.

This competition shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law.

DATES:
From November 1st, 2008 - December 31st, 2008. All auditions must be submitted no later than 11:59PM CST on December 31st, 2008.

JUDGES
We will appoint the judges who will be evaluating and judging all contestants in accordance with the contest Rules and Selection Criteria.  You may not contact or otherwise interact with the judges in any manner whatsoever.

SELECTION CRITERIA
The audition videos will be judged on the following criteria:
Creativity –35%
Overall impression/impact –35%
Professionalism - 10%
Clear communication – 10%
YouTube Votes - 10%

GENERAL

* Keep your video under one minute.
* Be Original and Creative
* Keep it clean. No violence, profanity or direct attacks on individuals.
* Your video must be original and cannot infringe on any third party rights.
* Your video cannot have been previously published, broadcast, or otherwise publicly distributed.
* Winner will become "MyTempEmail.com Spokesperson" and be featured as the video creator on our website.
* Make sure you follow YouTube's Terms Of Service: http://www.youtube.com/t/terms
* Log in to YouTube. If you don't have an account already, it's easy and only takes a minute or so.
* Go to the YouTube video where we introduce the contest: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6oWsLqTsMm0
* Under "Comments and Responses" click on "Post a video response".
* If you haven't uploaded the video you'd like to submit for the contest to YouTube yet, do so by going to "Upload a Video".
* If you have uploaded the video already, select it by going to "Choose a Video".
* Let us know it's uploaded and sign a Video Submission Agreement :http://www.mytempemail.com/termsagree.php
* You must electronically sign and submit the agreement for your video to be eligible for consideration.
* Your video will be held in the submission queue until we recieve the agreement confirmation.

ELIGIBILITY
All submissions become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, destroyed or misdirected entries. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each entry must be submitted with a Video Submission Agreement to be eligible.
